يقين تطبيقٌ لم يصدر بعد. هذا الموقع صفحةٌ تعريفية وقائمة انتظار، ولا شيء غيرهما.
لا توجد حسابات، ولا محادثات، ولا اشتراكات، ولا مدفوعات. هذه السياسة تصف ما يحدث
لبياناتك إن سجّلت في قائمة الانتظار.
ما نجمعه
- الاسم الأول واسم العائلة، والبريد الإلكتروني.
- رقم الجوال، إن اخترت كتابته. وهو اختياري.

قيمةٌ مجزّأة لعنوان الـIP الذي أرسل النموذج، لمنع
الإرسال الآلي المتكرر. لا نحفظ العنوان نفسه.
لماذا نجمعها
لسببٍ واحد: أن نخبرك عند إصدار التطبيق. الأساس هو موافقتك، وقد أعطيتها بتأشير
المربع في النموذج. لا نرسل إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أحد.
كم نحتفظ بها
حتى نخبرك بإصدار التطبيق، أو حتى تطلب حذفها، أيهما أسبق. وإن قررنا عدم إطلاق
التطبيق، تُحذف القائمة كاملة.
أين تُحفظ ومن يطّلع عليها
تُحفظ على خادمٍ في المملكة العربية السعودية. لا يطّلع عليها أحدٌ خارج من يشغّل يقين.
تُحمَّل خطوط الصفحة من Google Fonts، ما يعني أن متصفحك
يتصل بخوادم Google عند فتح الصفحة، فيصلها عنوان
الـIP كما في أي طلبٍ على الإنترنت. لا نرسل إليها اسمك ولا
بريدك. لا يوجد في هذا الموقع أي تتبّعٍ أو إحصاءاتٍ أو إعلانات.
حقوقك
لك أن تطلب نسخةً مما لدينا عنك، أو تصحيحه، أو حذفه. راسلنا على
privacy@yaqeen.help ونستجيب خلال
30 يومًا كحدٍّ أقصى. حذف بياناتك لا يحتاج سببًا ولا نطلبه.
حساب التطبيق وحذفه
لم يصدر تطبيق يقين للعموم بعد. وحين يكون لك حسابٌ فيه يسري الآتي: إذا طلبت حذف
حسابك من داخل التطبيق توقف الحساب عن العمل فورًا، وتبقى بياناته محفوظة
14 يومًا ثم تُمحى نهائيًا. إن غيّرت رأيك خلال هذه المدة
فراسلنا عبر صفحة الدعم لنستعيد لك حسابك. ويمكنك بدل
ذلك اختيار الحذف الفوري من داخل التطبيق، فتُمحى بياناتك في الطلب نفسه دون مهلة
استعادة.
تعديل هذه السياسة
ستتغيّر هذه السياسة عند إصدار التطبيق، لأن التطبيق سيجمع أكثر مما تجمعه هذه الصفحة.
لن نستعمل ما جمعناه هنا لغرضٍ جديد دون أن نخبرك أولًا ونأخذ موافقتك.

Privacy policy

Yaqeen has not been released. This website is an introduction and a waiting list,
and nothing else. There are no accounts, no chats, no subscriptions and no
payments. This policy describes what happens to your details if you join the
waiting list.
What we collect
- Your first name, your last name, and your email address.
- Your mobile number, if you choose to give it. It is optional.

A hashed value of the IP address the form was sent from, to stop repeated
automated submissions. We do not keep the address itself.
Why we collect it
For one reason: to tell you when the app is released. The basis is your consent,
which you gave by ticking the box on the form. We do not send advertising, we do
not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone.
How long we keep it
Until we have told you the app is released, or until you ask us to erase it,
whichever comes first. If we decide not to launch, the whole list is deleted.
Where it is kept, and who sees it
On a server in Saudi Arabia. Nobody outside the people running Yaqeen sees it.
The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your
browser contacts Google's servers when the page opens
and your IP address reaches them, as it would on any internet request. We send them
neither your name nor your email. There is no tracking, no analytics and no
advertising anywhere on this site.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us
to erase it. Write to
privacy@yaqeen.help and we will answer
within 30 days at the latest. Erasing your details needs
no reason and we will not ask for one.
Your app account, and deleting it
The Yaqeen app has not been publicly released yet. When you hold an account in it,
the following applies: if you ask to delete your account from inside the app, the
account stops working immediately, and its data is held for
14 days and then erased for good. If you change your mind
within that period, write to us through the
support page and we will restore your account. You can
instead choose immediate deletion inside the app, which erases your data in the
same request, with no restore period.
Changes to this policy
This policy will change when the app is released, because the app will collect more
than this page does. We will not use anything collected here for a new purpose
without telling you first and asking your consent.
